License
AirPapers is licensed through the App Store. You may use it for personal or educational purposes on the Apple devices permitted by the App Store rules. For anything not covered here, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Free use and plans
You can try the app for free with your first 3 notes. The Basic and Pro plans are one-time purchases; there is no subscription and no recurring payment. A plan you buy is yours for life.
Purchases, refunds and restoring
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by country. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore your purchase on other devices with the same Apple ID via Settings → Account → Plans → "Restore purchases".
Your content is yours
The notes, drawings and PDFs you create or import belong to you and are stored on your device (or, if you choose, in your own iCloud Drive). You are responsible for keeping backups of this content.
Liability
AirPapers is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
If these terms are updated, the new version will be published on this page.
